Iris commenced her career with Everbright Bank international finance in China before moving to Australia and building a highly successful financial advisory, investment banking, and commodities trading business. She was involved in a number of significant transactions and capital raisings. Recently, Iris founded Finest Jewellery by Iris Alexander, a high-end boutique diamond jewellery brand focusing on Asia retail markets.
Juan van der Westhuizen
Non-Executive Director
Juan is a diamond industry specialist from South Africa. After graduating from University in 1999 he managed his family’s alluvial diamond mine near Kimberley and subsequently became involved in all sectors of the diamond industry. Juan has an intimate knowledge and understanding of the industry as well as the governance of Mineral Rights in South Africa. In 2006 he played a key role in the listing of a diamond mining company in London.
Phil Brilus
Executive Director
Phil is a highly experienced diamond valuer and diamond industry professional with over 30 years career with Diamond Trading Company (De Beers), Rio Tinto, eDiamond and DDA Trading. He worked in every significant centre of diamond industry including South Africa, Namibia, London, Anwerp, Tel Aviv and Moscow. He is currently a CEO of DDA Trading BVBA online diamond trading platform based in Antwerp.
GHEE PEH
Non-Executive Director
Ghee had a long and successful career in investment banking and mining research from 1997 to 2019 in Australia and Hong Kong, with ABN AMRO, Citigroup, Cazenove, UBS, BNP Paribas and Jefferies. He provided ongoing research coverage and wrote reports on numerous mining companies in China, Asia and Australia and participated in a number of significant corporate transactions in mining and energy sector.
